Dr. Tina Powell is an educational advocate and consultant. She has 30+ years of educational experience - most of that working in special education as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator. The last 14 years as an administrator in St. Johns County's ESE Department. She has decided to follow her life's passion of truly advocating for children and families and has opened Abilities and Possibilities IEP Advocacy and Consulting, LLC. She has testified as an expert witness in special education hearings, provided professional development to many different groups, i.e. nurses, bus drivers/attendants, therapists, teachers, administrators, and has provided parent trainings as well. She looks forward to working with families to help navigate this process.
